The Ministry Team at St. Andrew’s is passionate about serving God in an intentional way. We desire to bring about inspiring worship services that honour our Reformed heritage, the traditions of the Good News proclaimed and music which invites us deeper in our relationship with our Creator. From worship, Bible Study, mission and fellowship our desire is to live as a community that seeks to bring God’s word alive.
Rev. Neil Ellis – Minister
Rev. Neil Ellis was called to ministry at St. Andrew’s in 2014. Before entering into ministry Neil worked in the finance and hospitality industries. The common thread that Neil has found in his past and present work is that relationships are the key to any successful partnership. Neil believes that a strong relationship with God is the key to creating and sustaining a loving community of faith. Neil’s ministry style is based on a team approach in partnership with the Session and all members of the congregation. Each of us has gifts that we are called to use in service of God’s kingdom and for the creation of caring relationships.
Neil is married to Kate and they have two sons: Logan and Ethan. Neil enjoys hiking, teaching his sons chess and time spent with family and friends.
